With nearly a decade of experience as a certified personal trainer and advanced training in nutrition and women’s health, I help my clients develop habits to eat well, sleep better, and move more in ways that fit their real lives.”
My Story
Before becoming a full-time certified nutrition and fitness coach, I was a teacher and school leader—juggling long hours and just trying to keep up with everything. I skipped meals, burned the candle at both ends, and ignored the signs my body was giving me.
I hit a turning point: I was diagnosed with insulin resistance, told I was at risk of becoming pre-diabetic, and felt overwhelmed by perimenopause symptoms. Life was pushing hard, and I knew I wanted change that felt lasting, not just fixes.
Over the year that followed, I made steady shifts—choices that honored my body rather than overtaxed it. I ate in ways that supported me, prioritized sleep, and steadily moved more in ways that felt good. I lost about 22 kg (50 lbs), brought down my body fat by about 10%, and—equally important—learned to feel energized, confident, and strong again.
Now, I work with women navigating hormone changes or conditions like PCOS or thyroid issues, helping them reclaim energy, reduce discomfort, and build strength with science-based habits that make sense for their schedules.

I don’t believe in every trend, fad diets or hectic workouts that clients won’t enjoy. My belief is in habits backed by science—habits you can stick with.
